This site update reflects a clearer articulation of the work I do as an Executive Strategist & Operations Consultant — supporting leaders and organizations through growth, transition, and moments when progress feels stalled.
The focus of my work remains the same: helping build the capacity and structures needed to support sustainable momentum, clarity in decision-making, and a healthier pace — with greater ease.
