I’m Kristin Fay Venus, the founder of Envision Impact Consulting. For over 30 years, I’ve supported small businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders in turning vision into reality. Along the way, I’ve co-founded organizations, guided teams through transformation, and helped leaders step into their potential with ease and confidence.

I’ve been privileged to play a part in projects that have made a lasting impact — co-creating shelter communities for unhoused individuals, guiding the launch of the first Parkinson’s gym in Lane County, and leading the overhaul of a 40-year-old foundation, moving it from asset depletion to long-term sustainability. These experiences taught me that even the most ambitious visions can become reality with the right mix of clarity, action, and alignment.

At the heart of my work is one guiding principle: Alignment for Abundance. I believe clarity creates the foundation, action builds momentum, alignment ensures sustainability, and abundance becomes the natural result.
