I’m Kristin Fay Venus, Executive Strategist & Organizational Architect.

I work with leaders and organizations where growth has outpaced structure or where the path forward isn’t clear. For more than 30 years, I’ve worked alongside business owners, nonprofit leaders, and community organizations to help translate vision into clear strategy, strong operations, and sustainable forward movement.

My work spans sectors and roles; as a founder, business owner, executive leader, board president, and advisor; which gives me a practical understanding of what it takes to build and steward organizations over time.

I’m often brought in during moments of growth, transition, or consolidation or when progress has stalled and there is no clear path forward. These are the times when clarity, structure, and steady leadership support matter most.

I’ve had the privilege of contributing to work with lasting community impact, including:

• the development of a nationally recognized shelter-based community model
• the launch of a Parkinson’s-specific movement gym in Lane County
• the revitalization of a legacy foundation experiencing asset depletion
