For more than 30 years, I have helped turn vision into reality. 

As a founder, business owner, executive leader, board president, organizational architect, and strategic advisor, I’ve built organizations from the ground up, guided leadership through complex transitions, strengthened governance, and developed structures that support long-term sustainability.

I understand what it takes to create something that hasn’t existed before—and what happens when the organization isn’t equipped to support the vision.

My experience isn’t theoretical. It’s lived.

My experience gives me a deep understanding of how organizations function. But there’s another dimension to how I work.

I read the field.

I perceive connections between people, leadership, decisions, and circumstances that may not be immediately apparent.

I listen deeply, ask questions that get beneath the surface, and draw on psychic insight to explore what may be missing or overlooked.

I bring that perspective together with strategic intelligence to help leaders understand what they’re navigating and consider possibilities they may not have recognized.
