For more than 30 years, I have helped turn vision into reality. 

I have built, led, strengthened, and advised businesses, nonprofit organizations, foundations, and community initiatives. My experience includes serving as a founder, business owner, executive leader, board president, organizational architect, and strategic advisor. 

My work has taken me through the full life of organizations from early vision and formation to growth, transition, rebuilding, and long-term stewardship. 

I understand what it takes to create something that did not exist before, lead through uncertainty, align people and resources, and make decisions that shape what becomes possible. 

Selected Work and Impact 

My work has included: 

• helping create a nationally recognized shelter-based community model 
• playing a central role in opening Lane County, Oregon’s first gym dedicated to people living with Parkinson’s disease 
• leading the multi-year rebuilding and strengthening of the Blanche Fischer Foundation, a legacy organization approaching its 45th year 
• developing stronger governance, leadership, financial stewardship, and organizational architecture for growing nonprofit organizations 
• moving ambitious ideas from concept into functioning programs, organizations, and long-term structures 

These experiences have given me a practical understanding of how organizations form, grow, strain, and evolve and how leadership decisions influence what happens next. 

The Work Today 

Today, I bring this experience into private strategic advisory with leaders whose decisions carry weight. 

My work combines strategic intelligence, organizational experience, pattern recognition, intuitive perception, and direct conversation. 

I describe myself as a strategic clarity advisor and shamanic strategist and guide because I work with both what is visible and what is operating beneath the surface. 

I bring decades of experience into the room—and a way of seeing that helps reveal what others may not yet recognize.
