Strategic Field Reading
One hour focused on what matters now.
A Strategic Field Reading is a private advisory session centered on one specific question, decision, challenge, opportunity, or possibility.
Before the session, you provide a brief overview of what you are navigating. During our conversation, we examine the situation, the forces influencing it, the implications of the available choices, and the direction that is beginning to emerge.
A Strategic Field Reading can help you:
- evaluate an important decision
- understand a complex or changing situation
- prepare for a consequential conversation
- assess an opportunity
- recognize what may be limiting progress
- determine where to direct your attention and resources
You leave with a clearer understanding of the situation, the factors that matter most, and the actions available to you.

Private Strategic Advisor
Ongoing perspective for consequential leadership.
Private Strategic Advisory is a confidential relationship for leaders who want continued access to my perspective as decisions, conditions, and opportunities evolve.
Rather than approaching each issue in isolation, we maintain continuity across the larger body of your work. This allows us to recognize developing patterns, evaluate choices in context, anticipate implications, and respond as circumstances change.
The engagement may include:
- regularly scheduled private advisory sessions
- priority access between sessions
- strategic review of decisions and opportunities
- perspective on sensitive leadership situations
- review of important communications or plans
- continuity across interconnected priorities
- direct challenge when a decision or assumption requires deeper examination
This work is designed for leaders whose decisions influence organizations, teams, communities, investments, or significant bodies of work.
Each advisory relationship is shaped around the leader, the level of access required, and the nature of the decisions involved.
