I’m Kristin Fay Venus, Founder and Chief Consultant of Envision Impact Consulting. For more than 30 years, I’ve worked alongside business owners, nonprofit leaders, and community organizations to help them translate vision into clear strategy, strong operations, and sustainable forward movement. 

My work spans sectors and roles — as a founder, executive leader, board president, and advisor — which gives me a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to build and steward organizations over time. I’m often brought in during moments of growth, transition, or consolidation, as well as when progress has stalled and there is no clear path forward — times when clarity, structure, and steady leadership support matter most. 

I’ve had the privilege of contributing to work with lasting community impact, including the development of shelter-based communities, the launch of a Parkinson’s-specific movement gym in Lane County, and the revitalization of a long-standing foundation experiencing asset depletion. These experiences reinforced what I’ve seen again and again: meaningful work becomes sustainable when capacity, systems, and leadership are aligned. 

At the core of my approach is a simple principle: alignment creates abundance. When priorities are clear, roles are defined, and systems support the work, organizations can grow at a healthy pace — with less strain and more ease. 

My style is grounded and practical. I bring structure where it’s needed, ask the questions that clarify decision-making, and help leaders focus on what actually matters. Clients often share that working together brings steadiness, relief, and renewed momentum. 

This work isn’t about doing more. It’s about building the capacity and structures that allow people and organizations to do what they’re here to do — well, sustainably, and with intention.
